Would you like to Free-up More Time for Fun?
The research from a HILDA report, suggests we are spending more time doing chores & having less time for fun.
- Men increased chore-time to 13.3 hrs/week (close to 2 hrs/day)
- Women still exceed men for chore-time at 20.4 hrs & have increased employment to 24.9 hrs Add in work/travel there’s not much time for doing what we love.
How do we reverse this trend & have more time for fun? - The idea is to free-up time by both stopping some tasks/habits & be more efficient with everything else that still must be done.
Strategy 1 of 7 - FUELLING-UP - by creating energy & purpose is using our bodies & mindset to be equipped to achieve & enjoy life. We need to be in optimal mental & physical state & change states for home, work etc. It is also about gaining clarity & getting excited about what is important to you, including what you want to;

I find that people would love more time with family, friends & enjoying passions. Many though, want a break from the relentlessness, but haven’t identified what they would do instead.
Appreciating why you want this life is our fuel especially on challenging days. I find the clearer our goals/bucket list, the greater sense of purpose.
