As busy parents our goals can end up just trying to survive the day, week or the term.

Our thoughts & self talk is often replaying the meeting from today or, what will happen tomorrow. All we simply do is to also redirect our self talk to what we would say & feel when we achieve the things that excite us.

Perhaps it is thinking about taking the family on an amazing holiday, getting a promotion, doing a course that inspires you. Play out in your mind whatever is important to you. This all helps to bring back the exciting energy & whole experience from the future, to #GetItNow.
